Yes, it’s one of those days; grey, wet and dreary. So I need to remind myself of a few tips to pick myself up and here they are:

    • 1. Get up and move around!

 

    • 2. Trust your intuition and do something different

 

    • 3. Call a friend

 

    • 4. Count your blessings

 

    • 5. Tidy your desk

 

    • 6. Draw a “Smiley” – naff but it works!

 

    • 7. Drink water

 

    • 8. Remind yourself of your goal

 

    • 9. Promise yourself a reward for completing a goal

 

    10. Google an inspirational hero

So I have decided to go off, pay in a cheque and have coffee with the wonderful Keren Lerner of Top Left Design, the website and social media experts.
