Yes, it’s one of those days; grey, wet and dreary. So I need to remind myself of a few tips to pick myself up and here they are:

- 5. Tidy your desk

- 6. Draw a “Smiley” – naff but it works!

- 7. Drink water

- 8. Remind yourself of your goal

- 9. Promise yourself a reward for completing a goal
- 10. Google an inspirational hero
